We are looking for a motivated individual to work with data, e-commerce handling, and customer service, along with good communication skills.
- Develop or revise business plans for online business, emphasizing factors such as product line, pricing, inventory, or marketing strategy.
- Being link between core business to ensure brand integrity is upheld at all times.
- Produce reports on sell-through, bestsellers, stock levels, and key performance indicators.
- Manage refunds and returned items.
- Ensure care and details are provided in the packing of goods to the logistic team.
- Plan sales and discounts ensuring maximum profitability
- Oversee and run promotions, marketing activities, and event coordination, such as Deal of the Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday
- Correspond with online customers via electronic mail, telephone, or other electronic messaging to address questions or complaints about products, policies, or shipping methods
. Cancel orders based on customer requests or inventory or delivery problems. To make sure that the online store continuously runs smoothly from end to end with no down time.
- Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of the Company at all times.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient working with different data analysis applications in along with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proven analytical, data-based decision-making skills based on eCommerce and consumer engagement metrics.
- Learning skill explore the new area in developing in E-Commerce.
