Nanox-X is looking for experienced and highly motivated Image Quality & System Manager who possesses technical depth and strong interpersonal skills.
Nanox-X is Medical Device company developing manufacturing and market an innovative X-Ray technology based on Cloud platform and multi-functional medical device embedded software components which together will create the next generation of world class X-Ray machine services.
As the Image Quality & System Manager you will be responsible to manage the inter-disciplinary content of this arena. This will require your leadership of cross functional teams in a multi-site organization, developing medical devices.
Requirements:
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical or SW engineering required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in a development role with progressively increasing managerial and technical roles.
- Background in leading role with SW and/or algorithm development.
- Hands-On experience in multi-disciplinary project development.
- Hands-On experience in algo and SW preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and in budget.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with all organization levels
- Proficient in both written and oral communication skills both in Hebrew and English
- Demonstrated strong planning and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Product Development Experience in a Highly Regulated Environment Required (medical Device Class II)
- Medical device development and FDA experience
- Familiarity with FDA Design Control Guidelines
- Knowledge in IEC62304, IEC60601, ISO14971
Responsibilities:
- Manage multidisciplinary teams (direct management and matrixial) including system, physics and algo teams.
- Responsible for developing division’s products image quality.
- Lead investigation and solving of multidiscipline challenges in image quality.
- Break product requirements into per – discipline requirements.
- Identify project risks and provide plans to mitigate those risks
- manage conflicts and resource constraints
- Provide regularly reports progress to senior management
