Description

• 
  Manage corporate administration duties for private equity (PE) and real estate (RE) funds.
• Prepare minutes for board meetings and shareholder gatherings.
• Create legal documents and drafts.
• Engage in meetings, including client-facing responsibilities.

Profiles

• Degree in Law.
• Around 4 years in a similar function in Luxembourg.
